November 12th, 2016 - Reutzel Finishes 2016 with ASCS Win
Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisNovember 12th. XXX Chassis swept the weekend at the final Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour races of 2016. Following Seth Bergman’s victory on Friday night, Aaron Reutzel won a highly entertaining contest on Saturday. Reutzel and Sam Hafertepe Jr would battle nearly all race long, with Aaron repeatedly bouncing off the wall as he drove hard around the cushion of Cocopah Speedway in Arizona. Despite repeated contact with the fence, Reutzel’s XXX chassis was up to the challenge, propelling him to a half second lead as he came to the checkered flag.
 
November 12th, 2016 - 2 in a Row for Duff
Jamie Duff Sprint Car ChassisNovember 12th. Momentum is building early in the season for Jamie Duff in New Zealand. Jamie powered to his second 410 win in a row on Saturday, taking his XXX to victory lane at Central Motor Speedway in Cromwell.
 
November 11th, 2016 - Bergman Busts Out a Win in New XXX
Seth Bergman Sprint Car ChassisNovember 11th. All it took was a chassis change to turn Seth Bergman’s fortunes around. The Snohomish, WA native changed to XXX chassis just before the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour final weekend at Cocopah Speedway in Arizona, and Bergman wasted no time in parking his Corridor Electric #23 XXX in victory lane. Bergman raced from fourth into the lead by lap 12, and despite swapping the top spot a couple times in traffic, took the lead for good on lap 18 en route to the win.
 
November 5th, 2016 - Bacon Carves Up USAC Southwest for Western World Championship
Brady Bacon Sprint Car ChassisNovember 5th. The USAC Southwest series took to the track for the final time in 2016 contesting the Western World Championship at Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek, AZ. After finishing second the previous night by just a tenth of a second, Bacon took the lead with 18 laps remaining in the JFM #73 XXX and raced away from the field to take the victory.
 
November 5th, 2016 - First Win for Allen
Jacob Allen Sprint Car ChassisNovember 5th. Huge congratulations go out to Jacob Allen, who finished his 2016 season with his first career victory. Allen started on the pole aboard the Shark Racing #1a XXX and held off sprint car legend Lance Dewease over all 30 laps at Susquehanna Speedway in PA to pick up the victory. Congratulations Jacob, Bobby, Logan and the boys on finishing 2016 in style!
 
November 5th, 2016 - Duff Drives to Win at Ruapuna
Jamie Duff Sprint Car ChassisNovember 5th. New Zealand is up and running with racing on the South Island, and this weekend, Jamie Duff took his XXX chassis to a win at Ruapuna Speedway in Christchurch. Duff took a first and third in the double heat race format which earned him a front row start for the 25 lap feature. From there, Duff ran unchallenged for a wire to wire win.
 
November 4th, 2016 - Shaffer Stout on Night 2 of STN
Tim Shaffer Sprint Car ChassisNovember 4th. Tim Shaffer had a dominant night on the second leg of the 2016 Short Track Nationals at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, AR. After earning hard charger honors the night before, Shaffer ran second in his heat and won his qualifier to earn a front row starting spot for the 25 lap main. At the drop of the green, Shaffer appeared to be shot out of a cannon, establishing a large lead that would only shrink amongst heavy traffic as went on to collect the win in the Demyan Rudzik Racing #49 XXX.
 
November 4th, 2016 - Michael Wins Big Track Classic Night 1
Curt Michael Sprint Car ChassisNovember 4th. Curt Michael loves big track racing, so it was fitting that night one of the Big Track Classic found the Ocean View, DE driver in victory lane. Curt advanced up the field in the early portion of the race to put his Bill Gallagher owned #5g XXX into the lead at the half way point of the feature, and cruised easily to his second win of the year. 3 of the top 5 finishers at this URC race at Bridgeport Speedway in New Jersey were in XXX chassis.
 
November 4th, 2016 - 1st Win for Parr
Brayden Parr Sprint Car ChassisNovember 4th. 18 year old Brayden Parr grabbed his first sprint car win on Saturday night over the Australia All Star Series. Driving his new Parr Motorsports XXX chassis, Brayden showed great maturity in letting the track come to him, taking the lead after watching the front two drivers crash out. Parr would hold steady over the final few circuits before taking the victory at Timmis Speedway in Mildura, Victoria and dedicated the victory to his brother Liam, who has been extremely ill over the past two months. Congratulations Brayden, Adrian and the entire Parr family on the win, and best wishes to Liam on a quick return to health.
 
October 27th, 2016 - Hughes Ends Season with Win
Emme Hughes 600 Min Sprint ChassisOctober 27th. Belated congratulations go out to Emme Hughes who had a fantastic year in her XXX 600. Hughes won five times over the season, finishing her year out with a win at I-44 Riverside Speedway in Oklahoma City on Sunday the 9th of October. She also won on April 30th, July 16th, July 23rd and August 13th on her way to a second place finish in the season point chase.
 
October 22nd, 2016 - Sheldon Stomps All Stars at Atomic
Sheldon Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisOctober 22nd. Sheldon Haudenschild is finishing up his most successful season to date, having won his 9th feature this past weekend. Running the finale’ for the All Star Circuit of Champions at Atomic Speedway in Chillicothe, OH, Sheldon took his XXX to the lead with just a few laps remaining to score the $10,000 payday and solidify his third place position in the series point standings.
 
October 22nd, 2016 - 8 Wins for Schmidt
Trey Schmidt Sprint Car ChassisOctober 22nd. Win #8 for Trey Schmidt in 2016 came in convincing fashion on Saturday night over the Southern United Sprints at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX. Schmidt went from the outside pole position in his XXX chassis and decimated the field, weaving in and out of slower traffic like they were standing still. Congratulations Trey!.
 
October 22nd, 2016 - Miller Wins Wingless at 85
Richard Miller Sprint Car ChassisOctober 22nd. With the season winding down in Texas, Richard Miller took the opportunity to win another main in his XXX chassis. The win came over the Elite Non Wing Sprint Car Series at 85 Speedway in Ennis, TX on Saturday night.
 
October 15th, 2016 - Schuchart Dominates Outlaws at Port Royal
Logan Schuchart Sprint Car ChassisOctober 15th. In front of his family and friends, Logan Schuchart picked up his second career World of Outlaws feature win on Saturday at Port Royal Speedway. Starting on the outside pole, Logan had his XXX hooked up and hauling, sliding past Lucas Wolfe to take the lead on lap three. The only thing that slowed him over the course of the 30 lap feature were caution flags, as Logan easily built a huge advantage over the rest of the field in clear air, crossing under the checkered flag with a 4.7 second advantage over fellow Team XXX driver Greg Hodnett who took the runner up position.
 
October 15th, 2016 - Win 15 for #15
Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisOctober 15th. Despite a bounty placed on him and a 20th place starting position, Blake Robertson continued his strong 2016 season by picking up another win on Saturday night. The driver of the BR Motorsports #15 XXX won his 15th race of the year at Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford, CA.
 
October 15th, 2016 - 7th Win for Schmidt
Trey Schmidt Sprint Car ChassisOctober 15th. For the 7th time in 2017, Trey Schmidt took his XXX chassis to victory lane. The most recent victory came on Saturday night, as Schmidt parlayed his outside pole position starting spot into a wire to wire victory over the Southern United Sprints at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX.
 
October 15th, 2016 - Carberry Conquers Grandview
Tommy Carberry Sprint Car ChassisOctober 15th. For the first time in his sprint car career, Tommy Carberry visited victory lane. After winning his heat race, Carberry ran to his first sprint car win at Grandview Speedway in Bechtelsville, PA over the TSRS series, crediting his new XXX chassis in helping him to the win.
 
October 9th, 2016 - Gentzler Memorial to Montieth
Brian Montieth Sprint Car ChassisOctober 10th. The season finale at Lincoln Speedway went to Brian Montieth. Driving the Jerry Parrish owned #21 XXX, Montieth led every lap of the Hank Gentzler Memorial, holding off Danny Dietrich in the closing laps to win his third Lincoln feature of the year.
 
October 8th, 2016 - Saturday Night Score for Bacon
Brady Bacon Sprint Car ChassisOctober 8th. Brady Bacon wrapped up his weekend of wing racing with a win over MOWA on Saturday night. Racing again at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL, Bacon led every lap of the main event in his #99 XXX, only undertaking challenge while amongst slower cars.
 
October 8th, 2016 - Dominating Performance for Reutzel at The Big E
Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisOctober 8th. Defending ASCS Champion Aaron Reutzel put on a huge show at Eldora Speedway’s season finale’ on Saturday. Reutzel took the lead on a lap 3 restart and was never seriously challenged again, rolling away to a huge margin of victory in his XXX chassis, despite his non XXX carbon hood blowing apart like a rag.
 
October 8th, 2016 - Blake Wins Again in CA
Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisOctober 8th. With a new XXX chassis underneath him, Blake Robertson and the BR Motorsports #15 XXX resumed his winning ways on Saturday. Blake and the team rolled into Tulare Thunderbowl in CA where he won for the 14th time in 2016.
 
October 8th, 2016 - Douglas Wins Away from Home
Chris Douglas Sprint Car ChassisOctober 8th. With the season winding down, Chris Douglas took his XXX chassis on a road trip this weekend and brought back a winner’s trophy and check for his efforts. After touring the hot air balloon festival, Douglas left his fellow 305 drivers feeling deflated after winning the main event at Sandia Speedway in Albuquerque, NM.
 
October 7th, 2016 - Hodnett Leads XXX 1-2-3 at The Grove
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisOctober 7th. Greg Hodnett won for the 23rd time on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway, leading an XXX 1-2-3 finish at the historic ½ mile. Hodnett swooped into an early lead, then held off Cory Haas early and Freddie Rahmer late to pickup the $3,800 payday. Rahmer passed Haas for second on lap 12, as the two Team XXX drivers rounded out the podium.
 
October 7th, 2016 - PPM Beats MOWA
Parker Price-Miller Sprint Car ChassisOctober 7th. It was a XXX 1-2 finish in the MOWA series on Friday night at Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL. Parker Price-Miller had a solid advantageearly in the feature until slower traffic gave Brady Bacon an opportunity to real him in. The two drivers went wheel to wheel for a number of laps, with Bacon appearing to take the lead late before a caution flew. Parker would retake the lead as the series went back to its last completed lap and with clean air in front of him, the Indiana youngster drove away to the win ahead of Bacon in his XXX chassis.
 
October 7th, 2016 - Smith Wins, Extends Point Lead
Kyle Smith Sprint Car ChassisOctober 7th. The CRSA series made an appearance at I-88 Speedway on Friday where Kyle Smith took the win in his XXX chassis. With the victory, Smith extended his series point lead with only a weekend of racing left in the season.
 
October 1st, 2016 - Sessums Stout at KSP
Jeb Sessums Sprint Car ChassisOctober 1st. Jeb Sessums found speed in one of his first runs in a XXX chassis. Sessums was the absolute class of a stout field on Saturday night at Kennedale Speedway Park in the 305 sprint division, winning the first of what will be many features in their new XXX.
 
October 1st, 2016 - Ezell Wins Emotional Race at Lawton
Kyle Ezell Sprint Car ChassisOctober 1st. In a fitting tribute, the grandson of the late Lanny Edwards, Kyle Ezell, won the main event at his grandpa’s tribute race at the track he built, Lawton Speedway. Ezell, sporting a tribute paint scheme and number to honor his grandpa, beat the champ sprint division to pick up the emotional victory.
 
October 1st, 2016 - Walker Wins at Lonestar
Mickey Walker Sprint Car ChassisOctober 1st. Despite not racing as much as he’d like to, 2016 will be a success for Mickey Walker as the Oklahoma driver drove to victory on Saturday night. Racing the family owner #2 XXX, Mickey took the victory at Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore, TX on Saturday night.
 
September 30th, 2016 - USAC-CRA Win to Swanson
Jake Swanson Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 30th. Since their switch to XXX chassis, Jake Swanson has been a threat to win every night aboard the Moose Racing #92 XXX owned by Tom Sertich. On Friday night, Swanson cashed in a win for the team over the USAC-CRA series, taking the win at Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, AZ. On a dry slick track, Swanson found forward bite everywhere, racing from a sixth place starting spot to pick up the victory.
 
September 24th, 2016 - 2nd Straight Dirt Classic Win for The Black Bandit
Stevie Smith Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 24th. For the second straight year, Stevie Smith won the Dirt Classic at Lincoln Speedway in Pennsylvania, cashing in on $20,000 for his effort. Aboard the Rahmer Bros Racing #51 XXX, Stevie found extreme speed late in the race around the high side of the track. With five laps to go, The Black Bandit used the momentum generated from running on the cushion to start a slidejob on Danny Dietrich entering turn three, finishing the move off exiting turn four to take the lead for good and run away to the victory.
 
September 24th, 2016 - Mumaw Tops at Wayne County
Danny Mumaw Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 24th. Danny Mumaw took on the invading OVSCA series at Wayne County Speedway on Saturday night and successfully defended his home turf. The 2016 track champ, Mumaw led all 25 laps of the main event in his XXX, scoring his second victory over the series on the season in the process.
 
September 24th, 2016 - Becker Beats Civil War
Sean Becker Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 24th. Sean Becker took the Dan Monhoff owned #35 XXX to its fourth victory of 2016 over the Civil War series in California on Saturday night. Racing at Petaluma Speedway, Becker was nearly untouchable on the evening, setting fast time and taking over the lead just seven laps into the race. Becker was only challenged late following a caution flag with six laps left, but “The Shark” would hold strong before crossing under the checkered flags en route to victory lane.
 
September 24th, 2016 - Win at Antioch Seals Championship for Aton
Billy Aton Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 24th. Billy Aton made a sweep of the events at Antioch Speedway on Saturday night. Following his heat race win, the Benicia, CA native went on to win the main event in his XXX sprint car, sealing up the 2016 Antioch Speedway championship in the process. Congratulations Billy!

September 24th. Our congratulations go out to Brian Lawson, who picked up another win in his XXX chassis this weekend. The victory came over the Virginia Sprint Series who were racing at Eastside Speedway in Waynesboro, VA.
 
September 23rd, 2016 - Hodnett Hustles to Win at The Grove
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 23rd. With a perfectly tuned XXX chassis, Greg Hodnett won the final tune-up at Williams Grove Speedway before the World of Outlaws come to town next weekend. The driver of the Heffner Racing #27 took the lead amongst traffic around lap ten and despite losing a header, drove away to his 22nd victory of the 2016 campaign.
 
September 17th, 2016 - The Shark Takes a Bite of Civil War Victory Lane
Sean Becker Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 17th. Sean Becker aka “The Shark” took a bite out of the Civil War Series in California this past weekend. Racing Dan Monhoff’s #35 XXX, Becker was the class of the field at Marysville Raceway, taming the hooked up and rough surface to lead every lap of the main event for the teams 3rd Civil War win of the season. Becker took the lead on the opening lap around the outside of turn one and two, and was threatened only briefly among slower cars en route to the win.
 
September 17th, 2016 - Easy Win for Schmidt
Trey Schmidt Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 17th. Remarking that he “never had to chase setups, the car just drives itself”, Trey Schmidt won for the sixth time in 2016 on Saturday night. Racing against the Southern United Sprints, Schmidt rolled from the fourth starting spot into the lead on the opening lap, and drove away from the field for an easy victory at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX in his XXX chassis.
 
September 17th, 2016 - Kirkegaard Sweeps in South Dakota
Nick Kirkegaard 600 Mini Sprint ChassisSeptember 17th. It was a night full of winning for Nick Kirkegaard out in South Dakota. Racing his XXX 600 at Lonetree Creek Racepark, Kirkegaard won his heat race from the fourth place starting spot, then led every lap of the main under heavy pressure to take his first feature win of the year.
 
September 10th, 2016 - McSpadden Classic to Chester
Billy Chester Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. Billy Chester built a brand new 2016 XXX to take on the ASCS Southwest region on Saturday night, and the result was a win at Arizona Speedway in the Leland McSpadden Classic. Chester started eighth and worked his way to the front rapidly, running second by lap nine then taking the lead with five lap remaining to take the win. XXX chassis took three of the top five finishing positions.
 
September 10th, 2016 - Robertson Still Rolling in CA
Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. Blake Robertson is now a 12 time winner on the year in California. The BR Motorsports #15 XXX made another appearance in victory lane this weekend, topping the Racesaver Sprints at Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford, CA on Saturday night.
 
September 10th, 2016 - Sellers Extends Lead with Win
Robert Sellers Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. The defending OCRS champion Robert Sellers took a big step toward his second championship in a row this past Saturday night. From his ninth place starting spot, Sellers raced into the lead at lap 19 in his XXX chassis on the way toward victory lane at Oklahoma Sports Park in Ada, and in the process, extended his point lead.
 
September 10th, 2016 - Bacon Sizzles at Keller
Brady Bacon Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. The Josh Ford Motorsports #73 XXX was in victory lane once again this weekend, with Brady Bacon flying to the West Coast and piloting the potent machine to victory lane. Brady led all 30 laps of the main event over the USAC CRA sprint car series on Saturday night as the team raced at Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford, CA.
 
September 10th, 2016 - Taylor Wins #6
Zac Taylor Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. Wyoming’s fastest Sprint Car Driver was up to his old tricks on Saturday night at el Paso County Raceway in Callahan, CO. Zac Taylor parked his family owned #86 XXX in victory lane for the 6th time this year, racing into the lead from his sixth place starting spot by lap two then surviving a myriad of caution flags to pick up the win.
 
September 10th, 2016 - Hanson Dominates Lincoln
Jaremi Hanson Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. The PASS series invaded Lincoln Speedway for the final time in 2016, and Jaremi Hanson took the Ryan Slowthower owned #14 XXX to the win. Hanson led every lap of the main event to pick up the win.
 
September 10th, 2016 - First Win for Shearer
Brent Shearer Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 10th. Brent Shearer won his first sprint car race on Saturday night at The Fabulous Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA. Shearer started fourth and took the lead in his XXX sprint car with 5 laps left to win the 358 division main event. Congratulations Brent and crew!
 
September 9th, 2016 - All Star Win for The Black Bandit
Stevie Smith Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 9th. The Black Bandit, Stevie Smith, beat the All Star Circuit of Champions and collected $5,000 for his efforts on Friday night. Stevie took the Rahmer Bros Racing #51 XXX into the lead on lap 12 and held off fellow Team XXX driver Greg Hodnett to secure the victory at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, PA.

DJ Brink Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 9th. DJ Brink collected his first win of the 2016 campaign on Friday night. The driver of the SMAC Motorsports #75 XXX was the winner from fourth over the ASCS Frontier Region at Gallatin Speedway in Belgrade, MT.
 
September 9th, 2016 - Thomas Sweeps Kern County
Tristin Thomas Midget ChassisSeptember 9th. A trip to California produced fantastic results for Tristin Thomas. The Northwest Native pulled off a clean sweep in his XXX midget at Kern County Speedway in Bakersfield on Friday night, winning his heat race and leading 19 of the 20 laps in the main event to take home a victory.
 
September 9th, 2016 - Trail-Way Win for Bittinger
Mike Bittinger Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 9th. Trail-Way Speedway in Hanover, PA has seen a flurry of XXX winners this year, and on Friday night, their season finished with another XXX chassis in victory lane. Mike Bittinger took his XXX to the win in the 358 class from his outside pole position starting spot.
 
September 9th, 2016 - Sparks Shoots to CRSA Win
Cory Sparks Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 9th. Congratulations go out to Cory Sparks, who was yet another new Team XXX winner this week. Sparks took his XXX chassis to the win over the CRSA series on Friday night at Albany Saratoga Speedway in Malta, NY.
 
September 4th, 2016 - The Black Bandit Wins the Kimmel Memorial
Steve Smith Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 4th. The Black Bandit, Stevie Smith, rode his way to his first Williams Grove and $4,300 in the process. Driving the Rahmer Brothers Racing #51 XXX, Smith worked from eighth place up into the lead with only three laps remaining to pick up the win in front of fellow Team XXX drivers Cory Haas and Greg Hodnett.
 
September 4th, 2016 - Reutzel Wins $10k at Jackson
Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 4th. A 14th place starting spot did not stop Aaron Reutzel from cashing a huge $10,000 payday by winning the Jackson Nationals over the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series on Sunday night at the big ½ mile Jackson Motorplex in Minnesota. Reutzel was on point from the start of the main, running up to third with just two laps left. A green white checkered restart gave Aaron a path around Ian and Kerry Madsen, who were running first and second respectively, as the brothers both dove low in turns one and two. Reutzel raced to the high side of the first turn, passing Kerry for second, then dove to the bottom of turn three and slid past Ian as the came out of four to take the lead and eventual win in his XXX.
 
September 4th, 2016 - #8 for Baker
Cody Baker Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 4th. Win number 8 on the season for Cody Baker came in familiar fashion: Missouri’s most versatile open wheel driver won without a wing once again, taking the Saturday night feature at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, MO.
 
September 2nd and 4th, 2016 - Two Wins for Varin Over ESS
Danny Varin Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 2nd and 4th. Danny Varin scored his first and second career wins over the Empire Super Sprints over Labor Day Weekend. On Friday night, Varin took the Dave Cruickshank owned #00 XXX to the win at Brewerton Speedway in New York, sweeping into the lead on lap four of the twenty five lap feature. Amongst traffic, Varin was masterful, consistently making the right moves before winning his first feature over the premier 360 series in the Northeast. On Sunday, the tour headed to Utica-Rome Speedway where he picked up the lead on lap six but lost the advantage in traffic around lap seventeen. With a never say die attitude and a still fast race car, Danny regained the lead on lap 21 and led the rest of the way for W number 2.
 
September 3rd and 4th, 2016 - Sheldon Sweeps the All Stars
Sheldon Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 3rd and 4th. Sheldon Haudenschild won big bucks and huge accolades over the weekend, winning back to back All Star Circuit of Champions main events including the inaugural Dirt Classic at Attica Raceway Park and the Pete Jacobs Memorial at Wayne County Speedway. Sheldon collected $10,000 on Saturday night at Attica by winning the 40 lap feature, a race where he led early, spun out and then came back into the lead just beyond halfway en route to a dominant win. Wayne County was another huge win for Sheldon, as he went wire to wire for another $10,000 win in his XXX, winning by over three seconds at the final flag.
 
September 3rd and 4th, 2016 - Gee Wins Again in Montana
Skylar Gee Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 3rd and 4th. Skylar Gee might need to consider a move from his home in Leduc, AB to anywhere in Montana, as the teen hot shoe won for the 7th time in 2016 in the Grizzly state. The most recent win came in unsanctioned 360 sprint action at Electric City Speedway in Great Falls aboard the family owned #99 XXX.
 
September 3rd and 4th, 2016 - Linner Doubles Up in KS

Greg scored win number 21 at Port Royal Speedway, passing Team XXX driver Aaron Ott for the lead on lap 15 and running away to a nearly five second margin of victory.

Doug Esh Sprint Car ChassisSeptember 2nd. The first running of the Tribute to Gary Beam race at Williams Grove Speedway saw Doug “The Hammer” Esh write his name in the history books as the inaugural winner. Esh went the entire way in the lead in picking up the win, enjoying an advantage of up to four seconds over second place before a late race caution tightened the field up. It was an all XXX podium, as Esh took the Mark Coldren owned car to the win, followed by Stevie Smith and Greg Hodnett.

August 27th, 2016 - "The Heat" Wins at Slick Skagit
Colton Heath Sprint Car ChassisAugust 27th. On the most dry slick track he’s seen all season, Colton Heath drove the LAW Motorsports #33 XXX to a win at Skagit Speedway on Saturday night. Heath used veteran patience and guile to roll the low side of the speedway, passing Evan Margeson eight laps into the main off the bottom of turn two. From there, Heath stuck to his game plan by mercilessly pounding the bottom of the track until taking the checkered flag seventeen laps later.

Then in the main event, Cody led every lap from the pole in his XXX chassis to get the win, with sister Casey chasing him down from fifth to second in the feature in her XXX. Jesse Schlotfeldt 600 Mini Sprint ChassisAugust 26th. Jesse Schlotfeldt was dominant in his final appearance in the 600 restricted division at Deming Speedway. Driving his XXX 600, Schlotfeldt led the main event by nearly half a track at times before taking the win. Schlotfeldt will now compete full time in the open division at the 1/6” mile clay oval.
 
August 26th, 2016 -Late Race Pass Nets Win for Owings
Steve Owings Sprint Car ChassisAugust 26th. It took 23 laps before Steve Owings found his way to the front at Trail-Way Speedway in Hanover. After stalking Seth Kearchner, Owings slid under Kearchner to take the lead on lap 24. Kearchner would collide with a lapped car trying to take the lead back, setting up two lap restart to determine the winner. Owings would cruise away on the drop of the green to take the win in his XXX, his 10th career victory at Trail-Way.

Ryan Bowers Sprint Car ChassisAugust 25th. The point leader with the UMSS Winged 360 series stretched his point lead on Thursday night. Aboard the Mastell Brothers #199 XXX, Ryan Bowers led for the first few laps before dropping back to second. Around the halfway point of the main, Bowers burst back into the lead and ran away to victory lane and the $2,000 top prize.
 
August 23rd, 2016 - Hodnet Wins #20
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisAugust 23rd. The 20th win of the season for Greg Hodnett and the Heffner Racing #27 XXX came on Tuesday night, as the team took the $5,000 top prize for winning the Jersey Rush at New Egypt Speedway in New Jersey. Hodnett was the class of the field, running faster laps in the main than he time trialed at, and turning his best lap of the feature on lap 23 while the car continued to get faster and faster.

Mumaw won his heat race and took the lead on lap 8 before running away with the victory in his XXX chassis and in the process, vaulted from third to first in the championship standings with only one race remaining.

The two Alberta based drivers were back and forth over the final few circuits, with Gee coming out on top at the final flag in his XXX chassis after finding great forward drive off the bottom of the track.

The Premier Auto Works #21 XXX is rolling in Central PA, and that’s bad news for anyone looking to win big money over the final few months of the 2016 season. Brian Montieth cashed in a $5,250 check by winning the Jack Gunn Memorial on Friday night over the All Star Circuit of Champions. Montieth won the dash, giving him the pole position for the A Main. After leading early, Montieth dropped to second before a furious last lap charge past Lance Dewease netted him the victory.

Mike Rutherford took the Gary Spotts owned XXX 600 to the most prestigious win of the year at Lanco’s Speedway, the 35 lap Clyde Martin Memorial win on Saturday August 13th. With only a couple of nights experience in the XXX 600 with panhard rear suspension, Rutherford was so good that he led every lap of the main that almost went non stop, and most of the laps without brakes. Nathan Gramley Sprint Car ChassisAugust 13th. Nathan Gramley has been one of the Keystone State’s most successful 305 drivers this year. On Saturday night, Gramley added another win to his resume’ on the year, with a wire to wire win at Hesston Speedway in his XXX. Gramley was only slowed by a lap six caution and was never significantly challenged over the race.

A deep starting spot didn’t slow Brian Montieth, as the Phoenixville, PA driver parked the Premier Auto Works #21 XXX in victory lane at Williams Grove for the win on Friday night. It took Brian nearly the whole race to work through the tout field of competitors, but with his XXX chassis working in any groove he wanted, he blasted into the lead coming to the white flag to score his second Willams Grove victory of the year and a $4,300 winner’s check.

John Carney II took the ASCS Southwest win on Friday night at Western Tech Speedway Park in El Paso, TX, cashing a $2,000 check in the process. Driving the Steward Builders, Lubbock Wrecker #224 XXX, Carney advanced all the way from ninth place to take the lead on lap 18 en route to the win.
 
July 28th and 29th, 2016 - Two Wins on IL Sprint Week for PPM
Parker Price Miller Sprint Car ChassisJuly 28th and 29th. Parker Price Miller picked up two victories this week on Illinois Sprint Week with the MOWA series. Thursday night, PPM was third quick and second in his heat race before battling his way to the front of the field and grabbing his third win of the season, this one at Quincy Raceway in Quincy, IL. On Friday night, Parker again ran strong all night, taking the lead and eventual win at the ¼ mile clay oval of Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, IL.
July 26th, 2016 - Hodnett Cashes in at Grandview
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisJuly 26th. While PA Speedweek is long over, Grandview Speedway still had a makeup feature to run and $5,000 to give out. At the end of the 20 lap A Main, Greg Hodnett won his 18th race of 2016 in his XXX chassis. Hodnett dominated the main, leading every lap with no significant challenge to his lead.
 
July 26th, 2016 - $5k Win for Smith
Stevie Smith Sprint Car ChassisJuly 26th. Stevie Smith won for the first time in his storied career at Grandview Speedway in Pennsylvania on Tuesday night. Smith chased down race leader Ryan Smith and was swapping passes with him when a lap 10 red flag stopped the field. Ryan exited the race at that point, handing the lead to Stevie who ran away from the field and hid to pick up the victory in the Rahmer Brothers Racing #51 XXX and the $5,000 winner’s check.

July 16th, 2016 - Becker Wins His Second Feature At Placerville

The Placerville Speedway 360 Sprint Cars took to the 1/4 mile clay oval for the 25 lap feature event, with last weekend’s winner Michael Kofoid starting on the pole alongside Sean Becker for the start. When the green flag waved, 14-year old Kofoid jumped to the lead in turn 1, and by the fourth circuit had a straightaway lead on Becker. Kofoid led the field comfortably until Andy Gregg got upside down on lap 9. Kofoid checked out again upon seeing the green flag, until the leaders got to traffic. Becker threw a masterful slide job to claim the lead on lap 15. Becker went on to win the race, becoming only the second driver in 2016 to win two feature events in the Sprint Car division.

On Mid-Season Championship Night double points were awarded, so when second place driver Brandon Matus retired early, Sodeman got the edge in the 4 Your Car Connection standings.

Jesse Schlotfeldt 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJuly 15th. In yet another exciting night of 600 racing, Jesse Schlotfeldt used a late-race pass to earn back-to-back wins. Schlotfeldt stormed into second from seventh just past halfway, and brought a torrid challenge with him. For nearly five laps, the leader and Schlotfeldt would trade sliders for the lead in every corner of the 1/6th mile as they fought for the top spot. Parmley eventually slowed on the frontstretch due to mechanical problems on lap 20, handing the lead to Jesse Schlotfeldt, who led the final five laps untouched as he went back-to-back in the 600 division.

With 26 Restricted 600 cars entered on night one, the young gun’s put on perhaps the most exciting and intense show of the opening night of Clay Cup. In the main event of the night, Tyson Lemley took the top spot right from the drop of the green flag and held a commanding lead for most of the event. With drama and open red flags filling the latter half of the feature, it allowed the high point men near the tail of the field to creep closer. Restarting in second on a green-white-checkered, Jesse Schlotfeldt snuck under Lemley into turn one to steal away the lead and win the feature from his 11th starting position.

The first night out for the Northwest Focus Midget Series owned XXX Sprint Car ended up with Jared Peterson parking the car in victory lane at the end of the 25 lap feature at Skagit Speedway. After setting quick time earlier in the night, Peterson advanced from seventh to second with nine laps remaining. A quick caution bunched the field up, and Jared used every available inch of the speedway to find a line around race leader and fellow Team XXX driver Steve Parker with just three laps to secure the win.

Logan Schuchart fulfilled his lifelong dream on Friday night, beating the World of Outlaw Craftsman Sprint Car Series at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, WI. In what announcer Johnny Gibson said “may be the feel good story of the 20 years I’ve covered the World of Outlaws”, Schuchart took an early lead from Shane Stewart before Joey Saldana took the point in traffic on lap seven. Undeterred, Schuchart ran Saldana down and repassed him for the lead on lap sixteen. From there, the pilot of the Shark Racing #1s XXX held off the defending outlaw champion Donny Schatz over the final few circuits to secure the emotional win. For the second time in as many days, Sheldon Haudenschild is a main event winner with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions, this time claiming the Inaugural Dirty 30 at I-96 Speedway in Lake Odessa, Michigan. Much like Saturday night at Hartford Speedway, Haudenschild dominated the Dirty 30 main event, leading all 30 laps from the front row to score his fifth Arctic Cat All Star victory of the 2016 season. The Wooster, Ohio, native is now tied with Dale Blaney for the most feature wins on the Arctic Cat All Star tour in 2016, raising his career bar to 11.

Kyle Ezell Sprint Car ChassisJune 25th.  Chalk up four feature wins on the year for Kyle Ezell. Lawton Speedway’s most successful driver on the season picked up another win at the Oklahoma Oval on Saturday night in his XXX in the Champ Sprint division.
 
June 25th, 2016 - Flawless Win for McCandless
June 25th.  Greg McCandless is showing no signs of rust despite not having run a sprint car for nearly a decade. On Saturday night, McCandless helped Team XXX pull off a main event sweep at Mercer Raceway Park, as he won the 305 sprint feature in his XXX (pairing with Jack Sodeman’s win in the 410 class). McCandless led every lap of the main event.
 
June 25th, 2016 - It’s Miller Time at Cottage Grove
Kyle Miller Sprint Car ChassisJune 25th.  If we said wingless sprint cars were racing at Cottage Grove Speedway in Oregon, you would expect that when the dust settled, Kyle Miller would be standing in victory lane with a big trophy and big check. Low and behold, after Saturday night’s Wingless Sprint Tour main event, that’s exactly what happened, as Miller continued his dominance of the ¼” mile clay oval. Driving the Adelman Family owned #6, Miller led a XXX 1-2 finish with Rob Lindsey taking second place.
 
June 25th, 2016 - Hughes Wins First Main at Twin Cities
JJ Hughes Sprint Car ChassisJune 25th.  Congratulations go out to JJ Hughes who picked up a victory at Twin Cities Raceway Park in North Vernon, IN. Hughes ran second in his heat race in his XXX chassis and was running second in the feature before finding the perfect opportunity in lapped traffic to take lead around the half way point of the main event. JJ would race on to the victory despite numerous slidejobs attempts to take his lead away for his first win of 2016.
 
June 25th, 2016 - Moore is the King of KC
Mitchell Moore Sprint Car ChassisJune 25th.  The finale’ of the two day King of Kansas City went to Mitchell Moore, who made his first win of 2016 a big one. After showing incredible speed one night one of the event, Moore took his #51 XXX sprint to the win at Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, MO.
 
June 24th, 2016 - Bittinger Takes Trail Ways Win
Mike Bittinger Sprint Car ChassisJune 24th.  The outside pole position suited Mike Bittinger perfectly, as he went wire to wire for his first 2016 win Friday night. Running at Trail Ways Speedway in Hanover, PA, Bittinger took his XXX 358 sprint to a 1.3 second win over the nearest competitor after leading every lap of the main.
 
June 24th, 2016 - Baker Wins King of KC Night 1
Cody Baker Sprint Car ChassisJune 24th.  Cody Baker was back to his winning ways without a wing on Friday. Using both the top and bottom of the immaculately prepared Valley Speedway in Grain Valley, MO, Baker would lead every lap in his XXX sprint to take the victory, his third of the year without wings at night on of the King of Kansas City event.
 
June 24th, 2016 - SOS Win to Miller
Michael Miller Sprint Car ChassisJune 24th.  The ASCS SOS region was in action on Friday night, deep into the heart of Alabama. Running at Moulton Speedway, Michael Miller picked up his second win of the year in his XXX chassis. Miller advanced from third place to take the victory and extended his point lead in the process.
 
June 23rd, 2016 - Win For Bacon Extends Point Lead
Brady Bacon Sprint Car ChassisJune 23rd.  The USAC National Sprint Cars rolled into Jackson Motorplex for the first time in 28 years on Thursday night, and the all time winningest team in USAC history came away with the victory. Brady Bacon took the Hoffman Racing #69 XXX to victory lane, picking up the lead from Dave Darland at the big half mile around the half way point of the feature, from there, “The Broken Arrow Bandit” held off Robert Ballou to pick up the win and stretch his lead in his quest for the USAC point title.
 
June 18th and 19th, 2016 - Weekend Sweep for Thiel over IRA
Scotty Thiel Sprint Car ChassisJune 19th.  Scotty Thiel has found his groove with the IRA Sprints. His XXX chassis was the class of the field this past weekend as Thiel, also the series point leader, won his second and third races of the season on Saturday and Sunday night. On Saturday at Plymouth Dirt Track in Wisconsin, Scotty nearly won every event on the night, setting quick time and running second in his heat before advancing from 6th to win the main. On Sunday, the series shifted to Angell Park Speedway in Sun Prairie where Thiel parlayed his heat race win into a front row start for the main event. At the drop of the green, Scotty was checked out, leading all 30 laps of the main for his second straight win.

Austin Crane 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJune 19th.  Congratulations go out to Austin Crane on his win this weekend in his XXX 600. Crane was the winner on Sunday night at Double X Speedway in California, MO.
 
June 18th, 2016 - Sheldon Outduels Larson for Ohio Speedweek Win
Sheldon Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  On Saturday night, Sheldon Haudenschild came out on top of an epic duel with Nascar star kyle Larson to win the second round of Ohio Speedweek over the All Star Circuit of Champions. Racing at Waynesfield Raceway Park. Sheldon took the lead from Larson on lap 13 and despite intense traffic and a number of slidejobs thrown at him, held the lead for the rest of the way to pickup the win, his third of the season and ninth all time over the All Stars in his XXX.
 
June 18th, 2016 - 14 Wins for Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  Greg Hodnett is rapidly approaching the all time XXX record for wins in a single season with his 14th victory of 2016 this past Saturday night. Racing at Port Royal Speedway, Hodnett ran from 8th up to the lead by the halfway point of main event on his way to a 1.7 second margin of victory in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX.
 
June 18th, 2016 - Schmidt Wins Wingless at Gator
Trey Schmidt Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  Trey Schmidt picked up a wingless victory on Saturday night at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX. Schmidt started on the outside pole in his XXX chassis and rode around on the big cushion all race long, winning by a full straightaway while never taking on a serious challenge. Schmidt was so excited that in victory lane, he lost his balance from the top of his ride and took a faceplant in front of the entire crowd. Congratulations Trey – your body might hurt from the fall but the glory will live forever!
 
June 18th, 2016 -12 Year Old Jacob Balliet Wins 600 Feature
Jacob Balliet 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJune 18th.  Team XXX drivers win races, whether they are grizzled veterans or young up and coming stars. Nowhere is this more evident than in the 600 ranks, where 12 year old Jacob Balliet won his first main in a XXX this weekend. Racing at Hamlin Speedway in Moscow, PA, Balliet picked up the lead on lap seven and held on to it the rest of the way for the win!
 
June 18th, 2016 - Long Haul Pays Off for Ruble
Kendall Ruble Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  Driving from 5 ½ hours away, Kendall Ruble made the most of his long tow to Atomic Speedway by winning the main event in the sprint car division. Ruble took his XXX chassis to the heat race win and followed it up by dominating the A Feature as well for win number two of the year.
 
June 18th, 2016 - #2 for Norick
Lance Norick Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  Lance Norick loves passing racecars. In his second victory of the season, Norick started fifth on the field at Canyon Raceway Park in Peoria, AZ and worked his way into the lead on lap 11, then held off the drivers in positions two through six who all diced and sliced to try and take the victory away from him. Time and again, Norick would re pass the drivers who tried to get by him en route to his second ASCS Southwest win of 2016 in his XXX chassis.
 
June 18th, 2016 - “The Shark” Takes a Bite Out of Petaluma
Sean Becker Sprint Car ChassisJune 18th.  It was a nearly perfect night for Sean Becker in the Dan Monhoff owned #35 XXX at Petaluma Speedway in Civil War action. After setting quick time, Becker won his heat and ran second in the dash before settling in for the 30 lap A Main .Becker chased down the early race leader to take the point on lap 23 and rolled away for the victory in the Main Event. Congratulations Sean, Dan and the crew on the win!
 
June 17th, 2016 - First Feature Win for Austin
Tyler Austin Sprint Car ChassisJune 17th.  A wild night at Legion Speedway ended up in a win for Tyler Austin in his XXX chassis. While chasing teammate Chris Clark, also in a XXX, Austin picked up the lead when Clark thought he saw a caution flag that didn’t actually come out. Austin shot past Clark into the lead then survived multiple restarts to score the win over the rest of the SCONE sprint cars.
 
June 14th, 2016 - 13 for Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisJune 14th.  For the 13th time in 2016, Greg Hodnett stood tall in victory lane after a feature win in the Heffner Racing #27 XXX. On Tuesday night, Greg and the team rolled into New Egypt Speedway for URC competition. After running second in the early portion of the feature, Greg moved into the lead on lap 15 and cruised on for the win. Three of the top five finishers were in XXX chassis.
 
June 12th, 2016 - Wild Child Tames Millstream
Jac Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisJune 12th.  Jac Haudenschild picked up his third Ohio Sprint Car Series main event win on Sunday, outdueling Cole Duncan for the $3,000 payday at Millstream Speedway in Findlay, OH on Sunday night. Haudenschild took the lead for the final time with just three laps to go en route to the victory, his fourth overall on the year in the Jamie Miller owned #6 XXX.
 
June 11th, 2016 - Double Winning Weekend for Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th.  When the curtain fell on the race weekend in Central PA, Greg Hodnett stood tall with two wins in two nights. On Friday night, the Heffner Racing #27 XXX headed out to Selinsgrove Speedway for a special Friday night show. Greg proved up to the task, racing into the lead on lap 18 from his sixth place starting spot to grab the first win of the weekend and $3,500. On night two, the team headed to Lincoln Speedway for the $7,000 to win Dirt Classic qualifier. Greg ran second for 29 ¾ laps, using a slidejob coming out of turn four on the final lap to take home the victory, his 12th of the season for the team. Congratulations Greg, Ryan, Mike and the whole 27 team on the fantastic weekend!
 
June 11th, 2016 - Marcum Wins at PAS
Dwayne Marcum Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th.  On a night where a car literally flipped out of the speedway, Dwayne Marcum kept the rubber side down on his way to a win at Perris Auto Speedway. Aboard his XXX chassis, Marcum was a wingless winner at So Cal’s best known dirt oval in the Senior Sprint division, for drivers 45 years of age an older.
 
June 11th, 2016 - 2 in a Row for Barnes at Skagit
Devin Barnes Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th.  For the second weekend in a row, Devin Barnes parked his XXX Sportsman Sprint in victory lane at Skagit Speedway in Alger, WA. Following his victory the previous week, Barnes once again led wire to wire for the win, his second on the season. Barnes has led 50 consecutive laps of main event racing at the 62 year old 3/10 mile track.
 
June 11th, 2016 - Clean Sweep for Lindsey
Rob Lindsey Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th.  Rob Lindsey made the first appearance of the Wingless Sprint Tour a successful one at Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, WA by sweeping the night in his non wing XXX Sprint Car. Lindsey set quick time, won his heat and the dash, then turned away challenges from fellow Team XXX driver Jonathan Jorgenson to pick up the victory, his second of the 2016 season.
 
June 11th, 2016 - 10 Year Old Trynt Lloyd Wins in Florida
Trynt Lloyd 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJune 11th.  XXX 600’s winning races is a common occurrence – what made this particular victory at Marion County Speedway in Ocala, FL special was that it was from 10 year old Trynt Lloyd, and it was his first ever race in a 600. Lloyd belted into the car for the first time on Saturday night, and without a wing, won his heat race and led every lap of the main event without challenge. Congratulations Trynt, Jimmy, Rob and everyone on the team for the first of what will be many wins!
 
June 11th, 2016 - ASCS Warrior Region Winged Win for Baker
Cody Baker Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th. Cody Baker is proving one of the more versatile drivers in the country. On the heels of two wingless wins last month, Baker beat the ASCS Warrior region with the wing on at Valley Speedway on Friday night. The Lone Jack, MO driver took the lead on lap nine in the Ted Hall owned XXX for his third win on the season.

After mechanical woes knocked him out of Friday night’s Silver Crown race at Williams Grove, Cockrum drove all night to jump into the Paul Family XXX sprint where he raced through the field to pickup the victory! June 11th, 2016 - Daywalt Wins at Wilmot
Nick Daywalt 1200 ChassisJune 11th. Nick Daywalt came to Wilmot Raceway on Saturday night in his XXX Midget to 1200 conversion and picked up a victory for the second time in 2016. Running part time on the season, it was Daywalt’s first appearance at the track on the year. His brother Kyle finished fifth out of the 21 cars in attendance.
 
June 11th, 2016 - Wire to Wire Win for Miller
Michael Miller Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th. Michael Miller went for a wire to wire win on Saturday night in a clash between the ASCS Gulf South and SOS regions. Miller started from the pole and led every lap of the feature for his first victory of 2016 in his XXX chassis at the aptly named Battleground Speedway in Highlands, TX.
 
June 10th and 11th, 2016 - Robertson Runs to Two Wins on Birthday Weekend
Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisJune 10th and 11th. Blake Robertson really knows how to celebrate a birthday weekend. The driver of the BR Motorsports #15 XXX celebrated his birthday on Sunday after winning twice over the weekend with the Western Racesaver Sprints. Robertson won Friday night at Kings Speedway, turning lap times in the main event faster than the 360 sprints on hand. He followed that up with a similarly dominant performance Saturday night, taking home the victory at Bakersfield Speedway in California.
 
June 10th and 11th, 2016 - Two Wins for Mumaw
Danny Mumaw Sprint Car ChassisJune 11th. Danny Mumaw is one of Ohio’s best kept secrets. A former track champion, Mumaw is fast every time he unloads his XXX chassis and proved it with two wins this past weekend. Danny drove to Lernerville Speedway on Friday night, a track he hasn’t run much but plans to visit more often as he grabbed his first win of the weekend, leading nearly the entire way while railing the cushion. On Saturday, Danny returned to more familiar grounds at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, OH where Mumaw again led nearly every lap to pickup the win in front of fellow Team XXX driver Jack Sodeman Jr.

Zac Taylor Sprint Car ChassisJune 10th. In his first ever race in a 360 sprint car, Zac Taylor raced his XXX Sprint Car to victory lane. Making a rare start in his home state of Wyoming, Taylor was the feature winner in his first time with a 360ci power plant at Sweetwater Speedway in Rock Springs, WY.
 
June 8th, 2016 - Halligan Wins Mid-Week Thriller at Lincoln
Jeff Halligan Sprint Car ChassisJune 8th.  Running as the support show to the USAC Sprint Cars on their Eastern Storm tour, the 358 sprints put on a thrilling show Wednesday night at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA. Team XXX driver Jeff Halligan picked up the victory after taking over the lead at the midway point of the race, then held off strong challenges to pick up the narrow win in his XXX chassis.
 
June 4th, 2016 - Rahmer Wires Lincoln
Brandon Rahmer Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  Brandon Rahmer became the 9th different winner in 11 races at Lincoln Speedway this past Saturday night, taking his XXX chassis to his first win of the year and second of his young career in the 410 division. Rahmer parlayed his pole position into the wire to wire win, holding off the charge of fellow Team XXX driver Cory Haas multiple times to score the victory.
 
June 4th, 2016 -Sellers Wins with OCRS
Robert Sellers Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  Defending OCRS champion Robert Sellers returned to his winning ways with a victory at Lawton Speedway on Saturday night. Robert was fast all night, moving from 6th to 2nd in his heat race and from eighth to the lead with five laps to go to take the win in his XXX sprint.

Wyatt Hinkle Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  Congratulations to first time winner Wyatt Hinkle, who drove his XXX to victory lane at Lincoln Speedway in the 358 division. Hinkle led every lap of the main, holding off two of the divisions winningest drivers to pickup the win, the first of his 358 career.
 
June 4th, 2016 - Sweep for Thomas at Skagit
Tristin Thomas Midget ChassisJune 4th.  A rough night Friday at Deming Speedway motivated Tristin Thomas to redeem himself Saturday at Skagit Speedway. After fighting clutch issues in his XXX Focus Midget the previous night and finishing last in the main, Thomas rebounded with a clean sweep Saturday at Skagit, using an inside move to take the lead from Michael Hodel around the halfway point of the feature en route to the victory. Tristin also won his heat.
 
June 4th, 2016 - A Win for Williams at Thomas County
Ty Williams Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  Congratulations go out to Ty Williams on taking his XXX chassis to victory lane this weekend. The victory came on Saturday as the URSS 305 series invaded Thomas County Speedway in Colby, KS for its only appearance of the year. The win was Williams’ first in his new XXX.
 
June 4th, 2016 - Kirkland Takes Frontier Region Round Two
Trever Kirkland Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  After being runner up to Skylar Gee the night before, Trever Kirkland turned the tables on the Albertan teenager to win the second race of the ASCS Frontier Region on Saturday night at Gillette Thunder Speedway in Wyoming. Much like the night before, the eventual race winner (Kirkland) would take the lead from the runner up (Gee, both in XXX chassis) around the halfway point of the race and not relinquish it on the way to victory lane. Kirkland and Gee are tied atop the standings for the ASCS Frontier Region with one win a piece and 292 points.
 
June 4th, 2016 - Williams Wins Krautwald Memorial
Pj Williams 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJune 4th. PJ Williams won an important race this past Saturday at Airport Speedway in New Castle, DE. The Jeff Krautwald memorial was on tap, and Williams led every lap of the main event in his XXX 600 to take the victory. It was a meaningful win for PJ and his family, as the Krautwald’s were a big influence on PJ’s young career as he started in a 125 sprint.
 
June 4th, 2016 - Varin Wins first 360 Main
Danny Varin Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  After many wins in modifieds and 305 sprint cars, Danny Varin is taking his shot at 360 racing and so far, it’s been a big success. Varin won his first 360 feature on Saturday night over the Patriot Sprint Tour at Fulton Speedway in New York, Varin rolled in second for most of the contest until finding the low groove to his liking around lap 18 and taking the lead for good in his XXX chassis.

Jeremy Schultz Sprint Car ChassisJune 4th.  It was a busy night of racing at Arlington Raceway in Minnesota with eight different divisions on the docket. The IMCA Sprint Cars were one of the classes running, and Jeremy Schultz was the feature winner in his XXX chassis. Congratulations Jeremy!
 
June 3rd, 2016 - Zearfoss Goes Wire to Wire for Grove Win
Brock Zerfoss Sprint Car ChassisJune 3rd.  The offseason decision to switch to XXX chassis has paid dividends for Brock Zearfoss. The “Jonestown Jet” picked up his first career 410 feature win on Friday night at Williams Grove after being close on multiple occasions this year. Brock began the race in third but was in the lead from the get go, splitting the front row starters to assume the point out of turn two. Zearfoss masterfully sliced through traffic to grab his first win in a XXX dominated top five which included Doug Esh, Cory Haas and Greg Hodnett (who started 19th). Congratulations Brock, Moose, Jim and the crew on the first of many wins!
 
June 3rd, 2016 - URC Win for Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisJune 3rd.  Greg Hodnett passed a lot of racecars on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway. After a 19th to 5th performance in the 410, Greg strapped into his URC car for his second feature and ran from sixth up into the lead early in the race, then pulled away to a near five second advantage before grabbing the win in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX.
 
June 3rd, 2016 - Kruchka Wins Epic Battle at Ohsweken
Mikey Kruchka Sprint Car ChassisJune 3rd.  The final ten laps of racing at Ohsweken Speedway Friday night will be remembered for an epic three car battle where Mikey Kruchka defeated Glenn Styres and Dain Naida for his first win of 2016. Kruchka held steadfast on the bottom of the speedway, while Styres and Naida swapped sliders through the middle and off the top side. Kruchka saw an opening on the final lap, as Styres was slowed by traffic in the high line, giving Mikey a window off the bottom of four to take the lead for the final time coming to the checkered flag.
June 3rd, 2016 -Gee Wins ASCS Frontier Opener
Skylar Gee Sprint Car ChassisJune 3rd.  The oft delayed ASCS Frontier Region season opener finally got off the ground at Gallatin Speedway in Belgrade, MT. Gee grabbed the lead from fellow Team XXX driver Trever Kirkland on lap 16 to take the victory, his first of the 2016 campaign.

May 29th, 2016 - Hodnett Wins Both Nights Of Weikert Memorial
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMay 29th.  Greg Hodnett used a late race restart to make a two-car pass and sweep into the lead and win worth $10,000 in Sunday night’s second round of the 2016 Port Royal Speedway Bob Weikert Memorial Sprint Car Series. The victory was the second for Hodnett at the speedplant in 24 hours after he took round on worth $5,000 on Saturday night to start the three-day show that ends on Memorial Day evening.
May 29th, 2016 - Solwold Claims Marvin Smith Memorial
Jason Solwold Sprint Car ChassisMay 29th.  After finishing in the runner up position on the Saturday night prelim of the Marvin Smith Memorial at Cottage Grove Speedway, Burlington, WA shoe Jason Solwold would not be denied on the final night.  Starting outside pole, Jason chased down the pole sitter Henry Van Dam in traffic, and once the pass was completed, Solwold checked out.  Congrats to Jason, Hair Farmer Mel, Mike and the entire Shaylene Raye Motorsports team on a dominating weekend to claim their back-2-back Marvin Smith Memorial championship.
 
May 29th, 2016 - Clean Sweep for Daywalt
Nick Daywalt Midget ChassisMay 29th.  For a driver who claimed to have never raced at Angell Park Speedway in Sun Prairie, WI, Nick Daywalt showed he was a very fast study. Daywalt took his XXX Midget to 1200 conversion to a clean sweep, setting quick time, winning his heat and the main event on the night for his first triumph of the 2016 campaign.
 
May 29th, 2016 - Ashe Presides over Republic
Bud Ashe Sprint Car ChassisMay 29th.  The opening weekend for racing at the newly revamped Eagle Track Raceway in Republic, WA is in the books, and as the dust settled on Sunday afternoon, Bud Ashe stood tall invictory lane. The Concrete, WA native beat the field of 16 360 sprints in his XXX to pick up the win on the very slick surface.
 
May 28th, 2016 - Montieth Comes From Deep To Win Thrilling Hilly Rife Memorial Race
Brian Montieth Sprint Car ChassisMay 28th.  “Hero or zero, Baby!” So exclaimed Brian Montieth in summarizing his twelfth-to-first run in a thrilling $5,000-to-win Hilly Rife Memorial non-stop 30 lap feature event at Lincoln Speedway Saturday night. It was a run that saw Montieth advance from fifth to first over the final five laps. He passed both Billy Dietrich and Jim Siegel on lap 27 to move into third, caught Cory Haas for second on lap 29, and drove around Glenndon Forsythe on the final turn to claim his 52nd career Lincoln win. In the end, the race took just 8 minutes, 18.723 seconds, and the top three crossed the finish line just .777 seconds apart. “Absolutely not. I had no idea,” reacted Montieth when asked if he knew where he was in the running order over the final laps, “I was trying to look at the board and make sure no one went to the top on me. I thought Glenndon was definitely going to the top on turns one and two of the last lap. I was better than him in one and two, but everyone was just holding their own in three and four. “It just came alive toward the end,” continued Montieth, “At the beginning of the race, we struggled, and I thought we were just going to run around the rubber. That’s not me. Luckily, the top came in and I finally felt comfortable in the car. Here we stand.”.

Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMay 29th.  Greg Hodnett drove from the sixth starting spot to overtake Lucas Wolfe and win round one of the three-day Bob Weikert Memorial for sprint cars on Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway, taking a $5,000 victory in the Fallen Heroes Championship. It was Hodnett’s third victory of the season at the track.

May 27th, 2016 - Jack Sodeman Jr. Dominates At Lernerville Speedway
Jack Sodeman Sprint Car ChassisMay 27th.  Jack Sodeman Jr. drew the pole position and would set the early pace over third starting Dan Shetler. In the early going, Shetler looked low to find a way to the lead, but Sodeman held strong on the cushion to remain out in front. Sodeman extended his lead to near a straightaway by lap 10, until a red flag on lap 15 bunched the field back up. On the restart, Sodeman raced out to a big advantage, and went on to victory in convincing fashion, leading all 25 laps. “You just go as hard as you can every lap and those guys can battle for it behind me can do that every week, I’m getting to be an old man and need all the help I can get,” Sodeman remarked. “I have to dedicate this race to my mom first and foremost and of course Dow (Carnahan), It’s a bit weird being in victory lane not being interviewed by him. We miss him, but I’m sure he’s looking down on us.”.

May 22nd, 2016 - Thiel Tops IRA at Angell Park
Scotty Thiel Sprint Car ChassisMay 22nd.  Scotty Thiel has been searching for a breakthrough moment with the IRA 410 sprints and on Sunday night, the Sheboygan, WI driver found it. After a solid rookie campaign in 2014, Thiel has put together consistent runs with more runner up finishes than should be legally allowed. On Sunday night, Thiel worked his way from a 7th place start to the lead in his XXX chassis, then held off a late race charge from Parker Price-Miller to visit victory lane at Angell Park Speedway for the first of what promises to be many times this year.

On this night, it was Scott beating Andy, using a last lap pass out of the final corner to take the win.

Sheldon Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisMay 20th.  Sheldon Haudenschild spent the weekend closing in on the All Star Circuit of Champions points lead thanks to a win on Friday night and a second place effort on Saturday. The All Stars made their first ever appearance at Lincoln Speedway in Illinois on Friday night, where Sheldon made the most of a lap 17 restart, driving around Parker Price-Miller for the lead, then holding him off on a subsequent restart to win his second main of 2016 in his #93 XXX. With his runner up performance on Saturday night at Wilmot, Haudenschild sits only 50 points in the chase for the All Star Title.

Jesse Schlotfeldt 600 Mini Sprint ChassisMay 20th.  In his first night in a XXX 600, Jesse Schlotfeldt dominated the field at Deming Speedway, pulling off the elusive clean sweep to capture the first of many wins in his XXX. Jesse was quick time in his group session, raced from fourth to first in his heat and quickly ascended up the field to take the lead in the 25 lap main event, winning by a comfortable margin while running any groove on the track he wanted to. Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisMay 14th.  Look out, ASCS National Tour – Aaron Reutzel is finding his groove again in his XXX Sprint Car. On Saturday night, the defending series champion won his first feature of the 2016 national tour season, passing Johnny Herrera on a lap nine restart to take the lead. From there, Reutzel was the perfect combination of aggressive and conservative, saving enough tire on an abrasive track to deal with traffic in front and a motivated Herrera behind him to score the $4,000 win.
 
May 14th, 2016 - Hodnett Tunes Up for Outlaws with Lincoln Win
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMay 14th.  The World of Outlaws invade Central PA this weekend, and when they roll into town, Greg Hodnett will be primed and ready. The reigning champ of the “Gettysburg Clash” won his outlaw tune up at Lincoln Speedway this past weekend, taking home $5,000 in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX. Hodnett started on the outside pole and chased fellow Team XXX driver Stevie Smith into traffic before taking the lead on lap 16. He would race to a nearly full second advantage at the checkered flag for win #7 on the year and his 31st victory all time at Lincoln.
 
May 14th, 2016 - Confidence Boosting Win for Colton "bringda" Heat
Colton Heath Sprint Car ChassisMay 14th.  After a rough night at Deming Speedway in his focus midget (where he finished behind both of his XXX co-workers), Colton Heat regained his confidence on Saturday night and brought "The Heat", taking home the win at Grays Harbor Raceway in the 360 sprint car division. The Heater led the early portion of the race in the LAW Motorsports #33 XXX, and after fading back to second at the midway point, regained the lead with 4 laps remaining before taking the win.

In a related story, a lot of fans are saying the car would look way better if there was a matching dark gray stripe on the top wing.  MJB Graphics indicated there is ... but it appears The Heat is too lazy to put it on because its at the front of the trailer.
 
May 14th, 2016 - Late Season Win for Pronger

Finally conquering some of the electrical demons that have plagued his year, Pronger led every lap from the pole in his XXX 600 to take the win at Lockyear Valley Speedway in Queensland.

Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisMay 14th. The BR Motorsports house car has taken up permanent residence in victory lane at the Tulare Thunderbowl, as Blake Robertson won his third straight main in his XXX on Saturday night. Robertson was scheduled to start 12th on the field, but four cars crashed on the initial green flag, moving him up to 8th. From there, it only took six laps before Blake took the lead en route to victory lane.

May 14th, 2016 - Becker Wins With Last Lap Heroics
Sean Becker Sprint Car ChassisMay 14th. After five consecutive podium finishes, Sean Becker used a last lap pass to pick up his first win for car owner Dan Monhoff in 2016 at Placerville Speedway. Starting fifth, Becker worked the #35 XXX into second place around lap 16, then set about catching race leader Mason Moore in heavy traffic. Becker saw a glimmer of an opening on the final lap, blasting by Moore on the back stretch after hammering the cushion, then shut the door on Moore in turn three to secure the win.
 
May 13th and 14th, 2016 - Shouse Invades TX for Two Wins
Andy Shouse Sprint Car ChassisMay 13 and 14th. IMCA Racesaver 305 Racing suits Andy Shouse quite nicely. The proprietor of Bishop Racing Components in Oklahoma City took his XXX 305 south into Texas for a doubleheader this weekend and came away with two straight wins. Win #1 came Friday night at RPm Speedway in Crandall, TX. Then on Saturday night, Shouse cruised 20 minutes down the road to win the feature at Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite. On the year, Shouse now has two wins, two seconds, two thirds and a seventh in his seven feature starts.

Sheldon Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisMay 13th.  Sheldon Haudenschild picked up his first victory of 2016 over the All Star Circuit of Champions on Friday night at Lernerville Speedway in Pennsylvania. Racing his family owned #93 XXX, Sheldon started third before advancing to the lead over just a couple lap sequence mid race. With heavy traffic looming, Sheldon showed veteran guile in correctly choosing the right lines around the slower cars in picking up the victory.

Tristin Thomas Midget ChassisMay 13th. Tristin Thomas has opened up his season with three wins at three different tracks following a wire to wire run for the win at Deming Speedway in Everson, WA on Friday with the Northwest Focus Midget Series. Thomas led an all XXX top three finish, leading every lap of the main, followed closely by Ryan Cully and Hodie The Outlaw in second and third.
 
May 13th, 2016 - Daring Move Nets Andrews Win #1
Chris Andrews Sprint Car ChassisMay 13th. A big move on a green – white – checkered restart paid big dividends for Chris Andrews at Attica Raceway Park on Friday night. Starting 7th on the field, Andrews marched his way forward to fourth place as the laps began to dwindle away. With two laps to go, Andrews inherited second place after the two cars ahead of him tangled. With no cars between him and leader Caleb Griffith on the restart, Andrews dove his XXX to the bottom of the track and executed a perfect slidejob coming out of turn two to take the lead. Griffith would try to cross him over out of the corner and down the back straight, but Andrews had excellent forward bite and railed the top of turn three and four to pull away for the win, his first of the season.

May 7th, 2016 - Hodnett Leads XXX 1-2-3 at Port Royal
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMay 7th.  Greg Hodnett continues to rip around Port Royal Speedway in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX. Hodnett now owns 45 career wins at Port Royal after racing his way into the lead from a 9th place starting spot on Saturday night. Greg had advanced to fifth place by lap five and was into second by the 12th lap. He quickly made the pass on race leader Lucas Wolfe to grab the lead just one lap later. Hodnett would need to hold off the stout efforts of fellow Team XXX driver and second place finisher Aaron Ott as well as Team XXX driver Doug Esh who ended up third over the final few circuits to secure the win.
 
May 7th, 2016 - Thomas Dominates Skagit
Tristin Thomas Midget ChassisMay 7th.  The Triple X Northwest Focus Midget Series rolled into Skagit Speedway for their third racing round of 2016 and at the end of the night, Tristin Thomas picked up his second win of the year. Thomas took the lead on lap five from Chance Crum and outside of restarts, was unchallenged in his XXX midget on his way to the victory.
 
May 7th, 2016 - XXX 1-2 at Susky with Hanson Winning
Jaremi Hanson Sprint Car ChassisMay 7th.  Jaremi Hanson was untouchable Saturday night in winning his first race of 2016. Driving the Ryan Slothower owned XXX, Jaremi led every lap of the 25 lap main at Susquehanna Speedway to take the victory ahead of fellow Team XXX driver Zach Newlin.
 
May 7th, 2016 - Heard Wins 50 Lap Mexicana De Shootout
Robert Heard Sprint Car ChassisMay 7th.  It was a theme night race at Timmis Speedway in Mildura for Wingless Sprints, titled the “Mexicana de Shootout”. 50 laps were run and at the end of the night, Robert Heard parked his XXX sprint car in victory lane, triumphing over the 33 car field. Heard began the 50 lap race inside row two and was in the lead by lap three, leading the next 47 circuits on his way to the win.
 
May 7th, 2016 - Lindsey Wins Inaugural WSS Main
Rob Lindsey Sprint Car ChassisMay 7th.  The first event of the newly formed Wingless Sprint Series went to one of the guys credited with forming the group in Rob Lindsey. Lindsey took his XXX to a clean sweep of the evening, winning his heat, the dash and then the main event from the 7th place starting spot.

Colton Heath Sprint Car ChassisApril 30th.  On the first night of racing in 2016 at Skagit Speedway, Colton Heath drove his way to victory lane in the 360 division for his first triumph of the year. Heath led all 25 laps of the main event, correctly choosing his lines through heavy lapped traffic en route to the win in the LAW Motorsports XXX.

After setting quick time and winning his heat race, Thomas was in a class by himself in the main, converting his pole position start into a wire to wire win in his XXX midget.
 
April 30th, 2016 - Forler First at Skagit
Logan Forler Sprint Car ChassisApril 30.  In his first time in a Sportsman Sprint Car, Logan Forler bested the 19 car field at Skagit Speedway for a win on Saturday night. After quickly moving into second place early in the race, Forler pressured the race leader both high and low in the Rutz Racing #8r XXX and was in the right place to take the lead on lap 11. He would go on to lead the rest of the way to take the win in a race marred by caution flags over the final laps.
 
April 23rd and 24th, 2016 - Three Straight Wins for Haud
Jac Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisApril 23rd and 24th.  The legendary Jac Haudenschild isn’t ready to hang up his driving suit any time soon, as indicated by his second third wins in a row over this past weekend. Following his ASCoC win last weekend, Jac brought the Jamie Miller #6m XXX back to action Saturday night at Atomic Speedway and cruised to the win on Ohio Sprint Car Series action, leading almost the entire race on his way to the win. But that wasn’t all for “The Wild Child”, as the team put the car in the trailer and drove to Hilltop Speedway in Marietta, OH on Sunday. Using the same right rear tire from Atomic, Jac put on a clinic in the high groove, winning his third race of the year and third in a row. Congratulations Jac and Jamie on the success!
 
April 23rd, 2016 -Bacon Sizzles at Montpelier
Brady Bacon Sprint Car ChassisApril 23rd. Over a three lap stretch of the main event, Brady Bacon picked up three positions including the lead at the USAC Amsoil National Series debut at Montpelier Motor Speedway that would give him the eventual win. Driving the Hoffman Auto Racing #69 XXX, Bacon was quick time in qualifying and was the first driver to effectively use the bottom of the speedway. On lap nine, Bacon began his move to the point, disposing of a car a lap in taking the lead from Dave Darland on lap 12. Bacon would fend off one serious challenge late in the race to score the win, his first USAC victory of the season and in the process, became the all time winningest driver for Hoffman Auto Racing.

April 23rd, 2016 - Cockrum Wins a War at Putnamville
Shane Cockrum Sprint Car ChassisApril 23rd.  Shane Cockrum, alias Alex Shanks, was in a non wing sprint car war on Saturday night at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, IN. Cockrum went wheel to wheel with Jeff Bland over the first half of the race, swapping the lead multiple times while finding the best groove for his XXX chassis to move forward in. With just six laps to go, Cockrum grabbed hold of the lead for good, but not before Brady Short gave him quite the challenge on the final few circuits. Cockrum managed to mash the throttle just hard enough to keep the lead and score the victory, his first in a XXX sprint car.

With lapped traffic playing a major factor, Dozier jumped on an opportunity to take the lead coming to the white flag of the 25 lap main and held strong to score his first victory of the year. Burt settled for second, giving XXX the top two finishing spots on the night.

April 23rd.  Kyle Smith popped the top on the 2016 CRSA season with a win at Fonda Speedway on Saturday night. The reigning series champ moved from his initial fourth place starting spot into the lead on lap seven with a slidejob, then held point in his new XXX chassis for the final 13 circuits to grab the win.
 
April 22nd and 23rd, 2016 - Spithaler Does the Double at Lernerville / Mercer
Brandon Spithaler Sprint Car ChassisApril 22nd and 23rd. A new XXX chassis has paid early dividends for Brandon Spithaler, who won back to back main events on Friday and Saturday night at Lernerville Speedway and Mercer Raceway Park respectively. On Friday night at Lernerville, Spithaler led an XXX domination of the field, as the only three cars on the lead lap at the end of the main were Brandon, Jack Sodeman and George Hobaugh, all XXX chassis. Fast forward to Saturday night and Spithaler was on point again, swooping into the lead on lap seven and never taking on a serious challengeen route to win #2 of the weekend.
 
April 22nd, 2016 - $6K Payday for Montieth
Brian Montieth Sprint Car ChassisApril 22nd. A pair of daring moves on lap one gave Brian Montieth all the space he needed to take home his biggest payday of 2016 (so far) in winning the Tommy Hinnershitz Memorial on Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway. Aboard the Premier Racing #21 XXX, Montieth dispatched both Ryan Smith and Danny Dietrich on lap one of the 30 lap feature, then correctly picked the right line amongst slower cars to secure the win and $6,000 top prize. XXX chassis took four of the top five spots in the finishing order.
April 16th, 2016 - Gramley Wins Twin Features at Port Royal
Nathan Gramley Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  Nathan Gramley won twice in one night, taking home wins in twin 305 features at Port Royal Speedway in his XXX chassis. Gramley started on the pole for a makeup main from April 2nd. In a spririted battle, Gramley came out on top of fellow Team XXX driver Zach Newlin to take the win in main number one. Following up his winning effort, Gramley went wire to wire for the second feature win, holding off Newlin early before building a healthy advantage at the final flag.
 
April 16th, 2016 - O’Callaghan Wins Season Finale
Sam O'Callaghan Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  After a long season of effort, Sam O’Callaghan finally visited victory lane with a win on Saturday night. The win came at the season finale’ of racing at Central Motor Speedway in Cromwell, NZ over a stacked field of 410 sprint cars.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Clean Sweep for “The Wild Child”
Jac Haudenschild Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  Jac Haudenschild pulled off an impressive clean sweep on Saturday night over the All Star Circuit of Champions at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, OH. After setting a new track record in the Jamie Miller owned #6 XXX, Haud won his heat race and the dash, then proceeded to dominate the main event, only having to turn away the challenges of his son Sheldon early amongst slower cars. Once clear of traffic, Haud stretched to a 2.2 second advantage before claiming his 29th career win over the All Stars.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Another Dominant Win by Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  The Heffner Racing #27 XXX is really hitting on all strides at the moment, as Greg Hodnett won for the 5th time in 2016 Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway. A third place starting spot gave Greg a calculated path to the front, passing race leader and fellow Team XXX driver Brock Zearfoss for the lead and stretching his advantage to nearly eight seconds before the end of the race.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Ross Wins First 410 Main
Tyler Ross Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  With an outside pole position starting spot, Tyler Ross was setup for success at Lincoln Speedway in his XXX chassis. But after the car wouldn’t quite go on the drop of the green, Ross was faced with an upward climb to the front. He started by dispatching Robbie Kendall for third then Austin Hogue for second on lap 11. A lap 16 restart gave him a perfect shot at race leader Tim Glatfelter which he turned into a pass for the lead, and the eventual win, his first in a 410.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Baker Wins Again at Valley
Cody Baker Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  Cody Baker picked up another non wing win on Saturday at Valley Speedway in Missouri. Driving the Dave Long owned XXX, Baker raced his way from 8th to pickup the win, his second of the season.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Burt Back to Victory Lane
Jeremy Burt Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  2015 was an odd season for Jeremy Burt – the California driver usually visits victory lane with frequency in Northern California, but never quite broke through last year. This year, success has come early, as Jeremy piloted his XXX chassis to victory lane at his home track, Marysville Raceway Park on Saturday night. Burt put on a clinic at the high bank track, with his right rear on the cushion all the way around he led by a large advantage at the drop of the checkered flag in taking the win.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Biggs Sweeps the Night at Lemoore
Ariel Biggs Midget ChassisApril 16th.  Our congratulations go out to Ariel Biggs, who swept Midget action at Lemoore Raceway in her XXX. Biggs was the quick qualifier, heat winner and won the A Main event for her first win of the season and second career victory in a XXX midget.
 
April 16th, 2016 - Norick Ends Dry Spell with Big Win
Lance Norick Sprint Car ChassisApril 16th.  Lance Norick found ASCS victory lane for the first time in over a year, moving forward at light speed to take the win over the ASCS SW region at Canyon Speedway Park in Arizona. Starting 8th, Norick mastered the high groove early, passing for the lead by lap five on his way to the $1,500 top prize in his XXX chassis.
 
April 15th, 2015 - Williams Grove Win to The Hammer
Doug Esh Sprint Car ChassisApril 15th.  Doug Esh is feeling right at home in the Mark Coldren owned #07 XXX 410 sprint, winning his first main of the year this past Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway. Esh was quickly up to third in the feature and set to work running down the lead pack in fast track conditions. After taking second, Esh would make full use of slower traffic to run down race leader Austin Hogue and pass him with three laps left. From there, “The Hammer” stretched out a nearly two second lead before taking the checkered flag and the victory.
 
April 15th, 2016 - Sewell Collects First OCRS Win
Alex Sewell Sprint Car ChassisApril 15th.  Alex Sewell won his first OCRS main event on Friday night, taking the lead from fellow Team XXX driver on lap 19. Sewell was patient amongst slower cars, finding the perfect opportunity to pass McClelland right before a red flag came out on lap 20. With Sewell ahead at the line and clean air in front of him, it was an easy path to victory from there on.
 
April 10th, 2016 - Susky Opener to Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisApril 10th.  If a racetrack is running 410 sprint cars in Central PA, it’s a good bet that Greg Hodnett will win their opening race. Like Lincoln, Port Royal and Williams Grove before, Susquehanna Speedway’s first 410 race of the year was won by Hodnett aboard the Heffner Racing #27 XXX. Greg took over the lead on lap 12 and made the correct decisions amongst heavy lapped traffic to win his fourth main of the 2016 campaign. Congratulations Greg, Ryan, Mike, Sean and the whole team!
 
April 9th, 2016 - Walker Dominated Winter Nationals
Lisa Walker 600 Mini Sprint ChassisApril 9th.  In her first time running Dylan Willsher’s #27 XXX 600, Lisa Walker put on a dominating performance at the Winter Nationals at western Speedway in Hamilton, Victoria. With Willsher tending to other business, Walker put on a show in the former’s Australian National Champions car, taking a second place in her first heat (from p8) then winning her second heat by ¾ of a lap. Starting from the front row of the main, Walker waxed the field, leading green to checkered for her first XXX win. Congratulations Lisa!
 
April 9th, 2016 - Baker Rallies for Impressive Win
Cody Baker Sprint Car ChassisApril 9th.  What looked to be an easy win for Cody baker in the Dave Long owned #38 XXX turned out to be more of a challenge than he anticipated. Running non wing at Valley Speedway in Missouri, Baker had control of the main event until a slower car got into the muck at the bottom of the track and shot it up into the racing groove directly ahead of Cody. Cody had nowhere to go and had his car nearly spin out, but managed to keep rolling forward, albeit now in third instead of first. Refocusing his efforts, Baker would pass both drivers that got by him to retake the lead and eventual win.
 
April 8th, 2016 - Reutzel Builds Momentum with Win in Mississippi
Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisApril 8th.  With a week off from defending his ASCS National Title, Aaron Reutzel hauled his potent #87 XXX deep into Mississippi where he found victory lane for the second time on the season. Racing at Jackson Motor Speedway, Reutzel’s second place effort in the heat race placed him fifth on the grid for the A Main, where he’d quickly race forward to grab the lead, the win, and the $2,000 pay day that came with it.
 
April 3rd, 2016 - Long Wins Second Race at Red River
Brandon Long  Sprint Car ChassisApril 3rd.  Brandon Long has established himself as the man to beat at Red River Speedway in Oklahoma so far this season after his second win in their Sunday series this past weekend. With his second win on the year in his XXX chassis, this time over a stacked 18 car field, Long has taken an early lead in the point standings for the season championship chase.
 
April 2nd, 2016 - Rahmer Cashes In at Lincoln
Freddie Rahmer Sprint Car ChassisApril 2nd.  A wild sequence at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA gave Freddie Rahmer his second career win in the 410 ranks. Aboard the RBR #51 XXX chassis, Rahmer was racing hard in the fourth position when Team XXX drivers Brandon Rahmer and Adam Wilt, who were running 1-2, got together and caused a caution while at the same time the third place car pulled off the track with engine trouble. Over the final few circuits of the race, Freddie held off Cory Haas in his XXX to pickup the win and the $3,200 first place prize.
 
April 2nd, 2016 - Reutzel Wins His 4th Wren Memorial
Aaron Reutzel Sprint Car ChassisApril 2nd.  For the fourth time in the five year history of the race, Aaron Reutzel was the winner of the Nolan Wren Memorial at Gator Motorplex in Willis, TX over the ASCS Gulf South Region. Reutzel, the defending ASCS National Champion, took over the lead for good in his XXX chassis on lap 22 and scored a $3,000 check in a race dedicated to the patriarch of the Wren Family, a longtime sponsor of Aaron’s racing. He also won the Micro Sprint portion of the event.
 
April 1st, 2016 - Solwold Scores Summer Thunder Win
Jason Solwold 2016 Sprint Car ChassisApril 1st.  The first Summer Thunder Sprintcar Series main event of the year was claimed by Jason Solwold in the Shaylen Raye Motorsports #18 XXX in dominant fashion – after blowing past Jared Peterson on lap eight of the 25 lap feature, Solwold was untouchable, earning a final margin of victory of nearly nine seconds, over half a track ahead of his nearest competitor. Solwold started fifth on the main and lapped up to sixth place. He also set quick time on the night.
 
March 26th, 2016 -Dominant Win for Ott
Aaron Ott Sprint Car ChassisMarch 26th.  Aaron Ott showed Port Royal Speedway that he will be a major force in 2016, winning his first race of the year with an astounding 7.4 second margin of victory in his XXX chassis. Ott led every lap from the pole and lapped up to 7th place in the main event. The top four finishers on the night all ran XXX chassis.
 
March 25th, 2016 - Epic Williams Grove Win Goes to Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMarch 25th.  The third win of Greg Hodnett’s 2016 season was the most thrilling yet, as he and fellow Team XXX driver Brent Marks slugged it out like two championship prize fighters for the victory on Friday night at Williams Grove. Hodnett took the lead on lap 12 and looked to have clear sailing before Marks came forward through the slower cars to take the point on lap 17, which prompted Hodnett to switch his strategy for dealing with slower traffic. Greg drove the Heffner Racing #27 XXX harder than before, catching back up to Brent and retaking the lead for the final time on lap 22. From there, it was an all XXX top five, with Greg taking the win (from 7th), followed by Marks, Brian Montieth (from 14th), Aaron Ott and Ryan Smith.
 
March 25th, 2016 - Debrick Wins #1
Bryan Debrick 600 Mini Sprint ChassisMarch 25th.  Bryan Debrick found victory lane in a XXX 600 for the first time in 2016. Debrick, from Irving, TX, took on the field at Boyd Raceway on Friday night and raced away to the victory.
 
March 20th, 2016 - Long Sees Checkered at Red River
Brandon Long Sprint Car ChassisMarch 20th.  The Super Sunday Series has begun at Red River Speedway in Wichita Falls, TX and after week one, Brandon Long stood tall in victory lane. Racing his XXX sprint car, Long bested the field of 23 Racesaver Sprints to pick up the victory, claiming the $1,000 cash prize along the way.
 
March 19th, 2016 - Win #1 for Marks
Brent Marks Sprint Car ChassisMarch 19th. Port Royal Speedway is becoming the place where Brent Marks is staking his fame to claim. On Saturday night, Marks took his 6th career win at “The Speed Palace” in his XXX chassis, leading an all XXX podium and four of the top five cars overall. Marks used a late move to pass Dylan Cisney for the victory. Greg Hodnett was third in his XXX and Doug Esh was fourth, with Brock Zearfoss sixth. “The Myerstown Missile” has also won four of his last six events at Port Royal.
 
March 19th, 2016 - Schmidt Rolls To Win at Gator
Trey Schmidt Sprint Car ChassisMarch 19th.  Trey Schmidt is loving his XXX chassis, as evidenced by great results early in his Southern United Sprint season. In two nights of racing, Schmidt has picked up two heat race wins and a main event win, which happened on Saturday night at Gator Motorplex. Schmidt was also contending for the main win on opening night but caught misfortune while passing for the lead late. Congratulations on the fast start Trey!
 
March 12th, 2016 - Port Royal Opener Goes to Hodnett
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisMarch 12th. Greg Hodnett is 2 for 2 in Central PA opening nights in 2016, having previously taken down the Icebreaker 30 at Lincoln Speedway and on Saturday night, winning the season opener at Port Royal Speedway. Hodnett, the early season Central PA Point Series leader, turned the fastest lap of the night on lap 17 of the main event in the Mike Heffner owned #27 XXX on his way to the victory. Three of the top five finishers were in XXX chassis.
 
March 12th, 2016 - Blake Robertson Wins in XXX Debut
Blake Robertson Sprint Car ChassisMarch 12th.  Debuting a brand new XXX chassis, Blake Robertson waxed the field at Tulare Thunderbowl on Saturday night. In a race shortened by red flags, Robertson was the clear class of the field, taking an early lead in the BR Motorsports house car and never taking a serious challenge on his way to the victory.
 
March 12th, 2016 - Hord Wins First Main at “The Bullring”
Ian Hord 600 Mini Sprint ChassisMarch 12th.  The hotspot for 600 racing in Florida is “The Bullring”, known as Marion County Speedway in Ocala. On Saturday night, Ian Hord grabbed his first career win over the wingless division, taking the victory in his XXX 600. Congratulations Ian and Robert on the Win!
 
March 6th, 2016 - Montieth Wins #1
Brian Montieth Sprint Car ChassisMarch 6th. Early season success comes natural to Brian Montieth and the Premier Racing Team. Montieth, as has been his m.o., is already near the top of the points at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA following his wire to wire win on Saturday. With Greg Hodnett in hot pursuit, Montieth was flawless amongst slower cars, picking the correct line in the late stages of the race to secure the win aboard the Jerry Parrish owned #21 XXX. Hodnett was second in the Heffner Racing #27 XXX, and like the week prior, XXX dominated the top ten with seven of the top ten finishing cars choosing XXX chassis and components.
 
March 5th, 2016 - Marcum Wins Season Opener
Dwayne Marcum Sprint Car ChassisMarch 5th.  Dwayne Marcum took his XXX chassis to a win in his first night of racing in 2016. Running in the senior division at Perris Auto Speedway, Marcum was the best of the field on the opening night at the track, piloting his white #25 XXX to the win, wingless style.
 
March 5th, 2016 - Win for Pronger at Rockhampton
Mick Pronger 600 Mini Sprint ChassisMarch 5th.  A fantastic night of racing for Mick Pronger culminated in a win on Saturday night at Rockhampton Speedway in Queensland. Pronger took two thirds and a win in his heat racing, and punctuated the night with a win by almost a full second, running his best lap of the race in his XXX 600 on the final circuit.
 
February 28th, 2016 - Hodnett Opens Central PA with Icebreaker 30 win
Greg Hodnett Sprint Car ChassisFebruary 28th.  For the second straight year, Greg Hodnett opened the 2016 season with a win at the Icebreaker 30 at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, PA. Driving the Heffner Racing #27 XXX, Hodnett took advantage of his front row starting spot and led every lap of the race with little challenge. It was an all XXX top three with Adam Wilt taking second and Brian Montieth finishing third. Jim Siegel was fifth, giving XXX four of the top five finishing spots.
 
February 20th, 2016 - Scott Wins War of Wings Round 5
Jason Scott Sprint Car ChassisFebruary 20th.  Jason Scott, the five time and reigning South Island Champ, found victory lane for the first time in 2016 by winning the fifth round of the War of Wings on Saturday night. The win came at Beachlands Speedway at Dunedin, New Zealand.
 
February 13th, 2016 - Rilat Takes Third Straight Tyson Perez Memorial Win
Travis Rilat Sprint Car ChassisFebruary 13th.  For the third year in a row, Travis Rilat honored his friend and former crew chief Tyson Perez by winning his memorial race at Borderline Speedway in South Australia. Rilat started fourth and quickly worked his way forward on the field into second place. With lapped traffic looming, the Forney, TX driver worked his way to the high groove and swooped past race leader Jake Tranter in the final stages of the race to grab the win, his third in a row. “Lap traffic was starting to make it interesting and I was taking my time a bit and then I remembered the signal Tyson used to give me during a yellow light – he would indicate me to grow a set and get up high and go around the outside, so that’s what I did and it worked. This event truly is a great tribute to him,” said Travis.
 
February 6th, 2016 - Cully Sweeps Salem
Ryan Cully Midget ChassisFebruary 6th.  Ryan Cully started his 2016 campaign the right way with a sweep of the night at Salem Indoor Raceway in his XXX midget on Saturday. No car had better handling or more forward drive than Cully, who went 3rd to 1st in both of his heats, earning him the pole for the feature. When the green flag fell, Ryan took the lead and never looked back, leading every lap of the main event to pick up the win.
 
November 21st  and December 12th, 2015 - Leversedge Hot in NZ
Matt Leversedge  Sprint Car ChassisNovember 21st and December 12th.  Belated congratulations go out to sprint car rookie Matthew Leversedge of New Zealand, who finished out his 2015 campaign with two straight wins. Both victories came at Ruapuna Speedway for the former TQ star, the first coming on November 21st and the second coming with a last lap pass to make it two in a row in his XXX sprint on December 12th.
 
January 16th, 2016 - Larsen Wins Gold Cup
Jamie Larsen Sprint Car ChassisJanuary 16th.  Jamie Larsen put his stamp on one of New Zealand’s biggest races, winning the 2016 Gold Cup at Ruapuna Speedway on Saturday night. Precipitation in the area led to a hooked up race track, and Larsen set a torrid pace in his XXX on the fast surface. Lapped traffic threatened his march several times but the youngster navigated the slower cars with veteran poise to claim the win in a wire to wire effort. Fellow Team XXX driver Jamie Duff placed third.
 
January 16th, 2016 - Pronger Rallies Rockhampton
Mick Pronger 600 Mini Sprint ChassisJanuary 16th.  Rockhampton Speedway hosted 600s again on Saturday night, and at the end of a thrilling duel, Mick Pronger came away with his first triumph of 2016. Pronger and Brad Metcalfe were nose to tail at the end of the race, with Pronger taking the win by less than half a second in his XXX 600.
 
January 14th, 2016 - 3rd Straight Salute to Goodie Win for Anderson
Daniel Anderson Sprint Car ChassisJanuary 14th.  For the third year in a row, Daniel Anderson won the Salute to Goodie race at Ruapuna Speedway in New Zealand. Anderson had a mid pack starting spot thanks to a revenge draw format, and made full use of it, racing into second place by the end of lap two. A lap seven caution bunched the field and gave Daniel the opening he needed to take the lead. A long stretch of green flag racing allowed him to put huge distance between himself and the competition as he steered his XXX chassis to an easy win. Congratulations Daniel, Doug & Cody on the win!
January 2nd, 2016 - Briscoe Wins Two Drillers at Tulsa Shootout
Chase Briscoe Midget ChassisJanuary 2nd.  Chase Briscoe made his first appearance at the Tulsa Shootout pay big dividends, as the future ARCA star won two golden drillers while driving a XXX Midget to 1200 conversion this weekend. The non wing race was mostly non eventful for Chase, taking the lead off the start and cruising the entire way relatively unchallenged to grab the victory. The wing race was a different story, as Briscoe took the Hoosier Speed both high and low looking for speed. With traffic looming, Chase took to the high side of the track and found moisture, using it to grab the lead on lap 14. From there, chase fended off challenges again amongst heavy slower traffic in winning his second Golden Driller of the weekend. Congratulations Chase, Andy, Scott and the entire Hoosier Speed crew!
 
January 2nd, 2016 - 3 in a Row for Hahn at the Tulsa Shootout
Blake Hahn Midget ChassisJanuary 2nd.  The XXX Midget has dominated the Tulsa Shootout in the ECOtec midget class. Blake Hahn has now won three straight drillers from Tulsa and four of the last five Shootout mains in the class following his victory on Saturday night. Hahn was as far back as sixth place at one point in the feature, but continued making steady gains on the field while catching advantageous caution flags. Hahn chased down leader Chett Gerhke and put a slidejob on him with just three laps to go for the race winning pass and in the process, collected his seventh Golden Driller.
