Welcome Dealers!  Triple X Race Co is excited to announce its 2010 Dealer Pricing Plan.

At Triple X Race Co we understand the importance of maintaining an open and honest relationship with our dealers.  We know that as a dealer of our product you are a representative of our company, and to that end, we promise to do everything in our power to keep you satisfied.  We'll diligently work with you so that we can be successful together ... in our eyes, it's more a partnership than a dealer program.
 
Important Information:
  • Triple X Race Co can not guarantee dealer areas or territories.
Requirements:
  • Dealers must have an existing/established speedshop or retail outlet.
  • Dealers must currently have an inventory of racing parts.
 
To become a Triple X Race Co authorized dealer, you will be contractually bound to:
 
  • not advertise product for less than the Triple X Race Co price (Minimum Advertised Price).   Dealers are free to sell product at their desired price (whatever makes sense to them to cover overhead, delivery, etc); Triple X Race Co will only enforce an advertised price.  The advertised price cannot be any lower than our web pricing (but it can be higher).  This is essential to our dealer program, to a) ensure we do not create competition amongst our dealers, and b) to ensure we are not in competition with you, our dealers.
    Any dealer violating this policy in any type of advertising (be it printed, web based, announced, etc) will have dealership immediately revoked. 
  • allow Triple X Race Co to honor all racer contingency winnings.  This is a program Triple X Race Co uses to advertise and bring brand awareness to our product.  Dealers will not be responsible to honor, fulfill or participate in the Triple X Race Co contingency program.  If a dealer feels it beneficial to them, they may honor coupons (etc), but, Triple X Race Co can not offset the cost of the coupon to the dealer.
  • the Triple X Race Co return policy.  Triple X will take returned product anytime if it is found to be defective.  If product is not defective, it will be subjected to the following:
    • 0 to 31 days of purchase: Full refund.
    • 32 to 120 after purchase: 25% restocking fee.
    • Over 120 days: No returns accepted.
Dealer will be responsible for freight charges.  We will work closely with each dealer to make this as minimal expense as possible.		  
     
  Important details regarding Tiered Pricing;
  a) All tiered levels are calculated after discount.
  b) Chassis, or chassis kits are not included in the tiered pricing levels.		  
     
 

 Below is a table outlining the pricing structure we are currently offering our dealers.  It’s a tiered pricing plan, based on yearly orders you place with us.  Therefore, the more you order during the year, the more you save (and thus, the higher your profit levels).

Tiered Level pricing definition:  Each time a level is achieved (based on yearly order accumulation) product bought at that level will receive the associated discount. 

 
     
 

Example.  A dealers yearly total of purchases to date is $22,000.  Each product purchased, until $40,000 of yearly orders is reached, is discounted so the dealer makes a 30% profit.  Therefore, a Front Axle purchased at this level will cost $103.85.  When the dealers yearly purchases reach $40,000, all product is discounted at a level so the dealer makes a profit of 36%.  A Front Axle purchased at this level will cost $99.26.
